Our department's Professor Feng Peng was invited to serve as the first Special Issues Editor of the International Journal Engineering Structures, and also served as the first editor from mainland China since the founding of the journal.

Professor Feng Peng is currently the head of our department, mainly engaged in research and teaching on high-performance composite structures, new types of concrete structures, and advanced construction technology. This invitation to serve as a special issue editor for Engineering Structures represents the continuous improvement of the academic influence of our department's teachers at home and abroad.
