In honor of Mr. Lu Qian (1926-2013), Distinguished Professor of the Department of Civil Engineering and Department of Construction Management of Tsinghua University (hereinafter referred to as "the Two Departments"), and to help the development of the two departments, reward outstanding students and young teachers of the two departments, and support the growth of students with financial difficulties of the two departments, the application and selection of the "Lu Qian Scholarship Fund of Tsinghua University" will continue this year.
