清华大学拟对您作出予以退学处理，因穷尽其他送达方式后仍无法送达本通知，特予公告送达。自本公告发出之日起，满十个工作日，即视为送达。公告内容如下：

海**，男，土木工程系2011级博士研究生，学号2011380002。

海**休学期满，未在学校规定期限内提出复学申请。根据《清华大学研究生学籍管理规定》（清校发〔2019〕49号）第三十二条第六项的规定，拟予以海**退学处理。 

海**对此处理意见如有异议，可以在拟处理意见书送达之日起5个工作日内，向本院系研究生管理部门提出书面申辩。

书面申辩材料可发送至电子邮箱tmxyjsb@mailoa.com或送交至土木工程系何善衡楼110办公室。

Since this notice cannot be delivered despite the exhaustion of all other available means of service, we make an announcement as follows，which shall be deemed to have been served ten working days from the date of issuance of this announcement.

海**, male， Doctoral student, ID: 2011380002, Dept. of Civil Engineering.

海** has failed to apply for resumption of study within the specified time limit after the period of absence ends. According to Subparagraph 6 of Article 32 of Regulations on Postgraduate Student Status Management of Tsinghua University, 海** will be withdrawn from the University.

If there are any objections, 海** can submit a written defense to the postgraduate management office of the department within 5 working days of the receipt of this notice.

The written defense materials can be sent to email address  tmxyjsb@mailoa.tsinghua.edu.cn or delivered to Room 110, He Shan Heng Building of the department.
